It is an option that we offer:

DICE - MediaBridge iPod/iPhone Multimedia Hub for e53 X5 (Radio Interface)

Let me know if you need help ordering a DICE MediaBridge for your X5

They're nearby. Sometimes they can be tucked underneath the plastic tray covering the toolbag.

I have a X5 E53 2002 with wide screen tv/navigation. I have been torn between this unit and the intravee II. I can not find and video or pics of how this units interface looks on the screen. i like how the IntraveeII looks but not the previous dice products. Is there any videos or pics that you have on a screen like mine so as I can make a more informed decision. It is important to be able to search through artist and albums which again I can't find any pics of vids for.

Interface shots on MY03 e46 M3 w/ Business CD:

e46 3-series DICE MediaBridge operation overview:

Here's a quick overview of the MediaBridge on a NAV-equipped M3:

The size changes on the font was present in FW 0.98 (last year) and has already been fixed, simply flash the module with the new firmware (mini USB) and you're set. Since the modules are end-user upgradeable, features can be added immediately as they become available.

This will show iPod/iPhone operation as well as Sirius and Bluetooth/A2DP operation. More information will be presented shortly.

Hope this helps, let me know if you should need any more info.

Hi there -

I'm considering this device, but had a question;

I currently have a Intravee linked to the Apline KCA-410c to support an Apline CD Changer and iPod...

With this device allow me to create this similar setup?

Thanks!

Once the iPod is integrated, there really isn't a need for the CD Changer. Do keep in mind your in-dash unit is retained (assuming you are not NAV-equipped, which is cassette-based).
