Yes, it would seem like a worth-while investment... one of the ONLY things that has always bugged me about the ergonomics of the X5 is the tape deck behind the Nav screen. I have the 6-disc CD changer in the trunk, but I've always liked the ability to pop in a CD whenever I feel like it without having to pull over and walk around to the trunk, and having a player right behind you would allow you to do that. Not to mention, it will more than likely play Mp3 CD's... oh, and DVDs too!

Isn't that just the Visulogic system or whatever it's called? This has been around for awhile. I saw it installed on an X5 in Nashville back in the summer. They said it was from the X3.
