Yes, the are connected in different places and use separate modes. They coexist just fine.

Just wanted to give you an "affirmative" from someone who actually has this.
The Aux jack in the glove box, the iPod cradle is installed in the rear left panel. Both work well and are handy when the kids want to play me some of thier latest tunes.

I currently have the IceLink hooked up in the trunk with the 6-pin and 3-pin OEM harness. Is there anyway to set up an aux input (RCA type) that would allow me to hook up the new Sirius S50?

Have both on mine. ice>Link plus only became avail in the UK quite recently so I had the Aux port mod done at delivery.

My ice>Link has now failed and I'm using the ipod held in the Dension cradle (just to hold the ipod - not powered as the BMW adapter board is missing) and the headphone output is fed to the Aux input while I await a new BMW adapter board from Dension.

Only thing missing is the ipod charging and steering wheel controllability
