I think they are 6 or 6.25. I put 6.5 but had to trim around the whole diameter to fit.

A short list of 6 1/2's will work, mostly Euro brands. I would not bother switching out the doors unless you are using a 2 ohm driver or replacing the factory amp as you will likely blow your new speakers.

not true i swapped my door and tweeters in the front and put combos in the rear and still sound good and way better than factory. not blown. been a couple years now.

i changed all of mine except tweeters with 6.5 three way speakers and i have two 10 inch subs and its jamming inside!
