Analog to Digital TV

From 2012 I can only watch digital TV since the analog transmitter will stop sending. What are the possibilities to see Digital TV:

-is there a converter that can connect to the module analog TV to receive digital TV?

-I have to buy a new digital TV module / hybrid?

-some other possibility?
