Bavarian Autosport Head unit Upgrade?

I just saw this on their website:
Go to bavauto.com and search for MT-8865.

I am wondering if its similar to the Hualigan or Dynavin. Seems to good to be true for only $500. Can anyone confirm if this is a Dynavin or Hualingan?

Search for that pn doesn't seem to work on that site:

1. Go to http://bavauto.com
2. On the left menu, click on "Audio & Electronics"
3. On the left menu, click on "CD Changers, MP3 players"
4. Select something like 2004 X5 4.4i

Should be the first product in the list. Some details:

Ricky Bobby will become famous soon enough
Looks like a copy of a Hualingan unit to me. I'm not a fan of those as they scream aftermarket.

I'd rather spend the 900 on a Dynavin D99, MUCH cleaner look and close to OEM as you can get.

I searched on bavauto just now and couldn't find that product on their site. Is it still available?

I'm thinking of buying this other new unit that is about to come out (pre-order?) Since its not actually available yet I wanted to do some comparison shopping to make sure this is actually the best unit available or not.

Checked bavauto again and seems like its gone. They emailed me back and it turned out it was some chinese piece of junk. Barely anything on the internet about it. I fear this may turn out to be the same. It does look promising, but you never know until you install it and use it for a week or so.

I would check their return policy (like if they charge a restocking fee etc.) so if you don't like it you can return it. Let me know what you find out.

There are some positive review over at E46Fanatics of their E46 model that is available now. I would post a link to it but not sure how the admins here would feel about a link to another forum.

I don't think the admins will mind, if it's for the better
of the users of this forum then it is okay.
Plus I've seen numerous links to other forums. Can you at
Least message me the link?

Thanks
