what type of amp and what brand are you running? el_duderino had mentioned in another post that all class d amps generate some FM interference. Here's the post where he talks about it.

Yeah, I bet your sub amp is a Class D. If you change it to a class AB, you should be fine... unless someone just forgot to plug in your antenna...
