Navigation/iDrive failure

Posted this in the e70 forum, but here goes, and looking for other options.

I came back from Texas a week and a half ago on a vacation with the family. When I opened the garage, I noticed that the rear of the car was sagging (air bags were low.) and I realized that I likely had a low charge situation with my battery. I didn't really think that much of it at the time, but the next morning my wife started the car, and the iDrive was freaking out, as in the system kept shutting off and rebooting on its own, the volume knob on the radio didn't work, the presets for Sirius seemed to be gone.

When she came back, I hooked the battery up to the battery charger in my garage, thinking that a low charge state on the battery could be impacting the iDrive system from functioning correctly. I left it connected overnight, started the car the next morning, and it gave me the same symptoms.

So, I did a hard reset of the Sirius system, which involved pulling fuses, resetting the presets all to the Sirius preview channel, etcetera. Nothing worked. So on the advisement of some of the guys on the e70 forum, I did another full charge cycle of the battery, measured surface voltage, recorded starting voltage during cranking. Everything checked out fine, so it looks like I am in the market for a new CCC.

Is there anyone on here who has a CCC laying about, possibly from a CIC upgrade, or any idea as to where I can get one that won't set me back $1000 plus the cost of coding?
