Bordmonitor retrofit
hi!
I purchased a X5 3.0D without navigation, but with cd and DSP System. My question: Is it possible to buy a Bordmonitor (ebay e.g.)and use it as stand alone unit without navigation system? I want to install a XBOX to listen to MP3 and watch DVD etc., so i want to use the video/audio-in of the boardmonitor. When I configure a 2006 X5 (www.bmw.de) i can order the Bordonitor without Nav, so i thought it might be possible with my X5 too?! Its a 2002 Model with Business CD and DSP System. Thanks a lot for your help and sorry for my bad english :-) Regards, Avery Another thougth: Can i use another Monitor HeadUnit (Pioneer/Alpine)with the DSP Audio System ?
