This was just posted on yahoo's bmwnav group for the 2006 cds:
everyone go to ftp://128.227.33.240 .. no ID required (anonymous) If you run into a problem accessing the FTP site with IE, make sure PassiveFTP has been disabled within your Internet Explorer settings. The ISO's are located at the root of the FTP (should be 8 total). ...it pays to have an OC-192 to the internet  Happy downloading....I'll leave that FTP site up for a week.
