Talking Nav retrofit help

Hi, just bought a Nav system from ebay. It has the MK4 DVD Drive and 16:9 monitor and CD stacker. If anyone could let me know what else I need to complete this.My car came prewired for navigation from factory so I am not sure what other components I need to complete it. Any help would be great.
thanks
