Why does my NAV always show the Menu???

This is so annoying...after startup and accepting the nag screen, my NAV displays the Menu. If I press Info, it shows the radio station for 3-4 seconds, then goes back to menu. I can't seem to "exit" out of the menu screen.

How do I turn of the menu and get it to display the radio station and street names on a permanent basis?

Thank you! I haven't had time to read the manual yet. BTW, is there a way to fill in the left side screen with the map while displaying the radio station at the top left? Searching through the user's guide didn't show this as possible, but it seems strange to have that big blank portion of the screen going unused.

if there is a way, i don't know that.
i agree w/ u though, it does seem
to be a waste. because of that,
i generally use full screen mode.

If you have an MKIV nav drive, it is possible:

What software version are you running? If you turn the X off while the map is displayed, upon restart you should see the map after you hit the accept screen. As far as the radio station question, are you talking about the split screen mode? .......Phil
