V27 and Birdseye

I just had my X5 at the dealership getting worked on and they told me they updated my software to v27 (from v26). I did everything mentioned and got to the SERVICE MODE menu but can't find the Perspective view.

3 questions...how can I guarentee they updated my software like the said? And if they did would there definately be PERSPECTIVE built in? If so, why can't I get to it?

You know the Perspective option is on the second page in the service menu, right?

You have to scroll all the way down the first page, then the second page loads.

My menu does not allow me to go to a second page. What could that mean?

Could mean that you don't have v27...can you take a pic of your menu page, and can you go to the SETTINGS menu and take a pic of that too? It would be a big help to figure out what the deal is.

The "V" numbers you see here, like "V27" are the release number of the update CD. An update CD may or may not have changes for any particular NAV model. In particular, there haven't been any updates to the MK III CD NAV for some time.

I can't say if you'll see any improvement because I don't know what software you had before the update (it may have been older than the 3-1/63 you now have).

in the setting menu' press button menu' for more than 10 seconds and now display the new sub menu', use scrool button for see the next page of menu'
