V27.1 update and CD blocked in reader
i'm was trying to update my system to the v27.1

i have turned on the ignition (not the engine)
waited that the nav system boot up
ejected the dvd map
inserted the update cd in
it has recognized it as an update
but after 10 minutes no update has started

only black screen (again it happens to me updating to 27 too)

now i have the cd blocked in and it doesn't want to go out.

i know that there is a procedure to eject the cd in these cases...

can you please tell me?
