Looking for GIFExtractor to create custom logo

Can anybody tell me where I can find GIFExtractor to create custom logo for the Nav splash screen? There was a link posted on one of the old threads but it is not working.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi guys,
I am sorry the old link went down because we moved our server.

Please do not distribute the program all over the web. Else it is impossible to keep track of all the versions.

I setup a redirector script which allows me to quickly respond if anything goes wrong with the server again.

Help... Can somebody tell me what i'm I doing wrong?

I loaded the navboot to my pc, then I load the navboot file with the gif extractor program, the highlight the the hex code to preview the old image =====BMW========

selected the image to exchange, ok if I click on the hex code again I can preview my new logo. here is the problem when I replace the navboot file it does not have the new logo or the old one.

Any ideas
