Please inster CD V17 or Key CD???

Hello, i come from Germany...so sry for my mistakes.

I have updated my Navi to Version 27.
Before I had no Split Screen.
After the Update my display says: Please insert V17 or Key CD.
Where i can get the Key CD or V17?

But there isn´t the V17

And the Key CD does not work...
i burned the key with clone cd an then my Computer AND my Car couldn`t open it.

i burned the key cd but it is empty ??? what now? what have i done wrong!? Or is it normal that I do not see content in windows !?

load the 18.2 version with the key in it.

This is normal. The KeyCD cannot be read by Windows.

Yes you are right with that Allthought Windows couldn't read the disk it worked perfectly when requested by the MKIII. Everything is fine now
