lost satellites - update

driving home last night on I-78 here in NJ and all of the sudden the NAVI plots me off the highway... has been this way since last night and all day today..

bad antenna?

p.s. under service menu, i only see data coming on 1 of 8 satelites.

Check the connector into the back of the nav drive to make sure it's secure.

dealer said he had to replace the NAVI drive but he thinks that the custom v27.1 is what corrupted it.. what a bunch of BS.. but bottom line i got a new nav drive and if it happens again, we'll know he was wrong.

p.s. the only "custom" about the 27.1 was the ///M logo on the splash screen.
