V27.1 dowgrade to V26 to change navboot?
I now have V27.1 running and I want to change my bootlogo.
So I've read that the only possible way is to downgrade first.
Is there any danger in downgrading from V27.1 to V.26?

If there is another way to change bootlogo, please let me know.

Yes your car may go back into OEM mode (7er) and the arrival time navigation feature, along with a few other issues, will go all screwy.

My advice - don't do it, unless your prepared to take it to the dealers to have it recoded.

There is loads of information on downgrade NAV OS in this forum.
