Yeah if you have a black protective cover then remove it to get access to the plugs that go into the module. I take it your NEW TV LEAD has two plugs? One at each end?

Great stuff!! Glad I could help! I have a dvd player in mine, plus planning on buying a free view box which will allow me to pick up some SKY tv channels! was going to put in either a roof mount tv or head rests but decided not too, as I'm really the only person in my X. I have yet to carry any passengers in the rear.

You can buy an in car freeview box just like the one at home only alot smaller. I know I can wire it in to my system as I have a DVD player with aux inputs. Check ebay, I seen them on there.

If your X5 or E46 is 2005 or later, it will be fitted with a digital TV tuner, so you will get freeview.
Have you activated the TV on the move yet?
Where in Staffs are you. I am in Stone......
