What else can i do

So Im modifying a v32 image for my own use... I think I'm on the right track and I'm wondering if i have missed anything or if there are some other useful mods i should consider?

So far I have:
- Replaced the boot splash
- Replaced the Military base with my own redlight camera icon
- Ran Patch using POIson
- Replaced pointer icons
- Night mod (colors 2 and 3)
- used Poison for sound modification
- added POI for cameras to DB (military base)
- Force Voice Upgrade
- Force SW upgrade

Cool and thanks...
Kinda wish there was a way to add more icons (images) so that you could tell it to use a diff image for the night sky (different night mode) vs Day

Decompling is not so much the problem, recompiling it is.

Hmm.. I wouldn't think the recompile would be all that hard?

Anyway (transfering my map image to a machine with a dvd burnder so i can burn it) Just loaded the modified firmware, everything seems alright, except my Night time color scheme doesn't seem all that correct.

Im wondering if i imported the rom_col_2 and 3 correctly?
I imported them into rom col 2 so they are there... but
when i look at navboot in navtweek, there is:
rom_col / rom_col_1 / rom_col_2 / rom_col_3 (and so on)
i inported 2 into rom_col_2
and 3 into rom_col_3

should this have been:
rom_col_2 -> rom_col
rom_col_3 -> rom_col_1

Also once i get this fixed (in order to update whats the easiest way to change firmware versions) and end up with the corrected one...

Ok, well I think i got things in there now.. think navtweak may have crashed before i got to save it or something...

Anyway... one last (i think) question...
currently installed is v32 1001
Rather than going back in and reinstalling things, can i just install roll back to v32 (oem (1000)) then reinstall this hacked one again, or do i need to change the version numbers again?
Changes I made were:
Icons (didnt like the way my redlight camera showed up)
re-did the rom_col 2 and 3

Every time you insert an OS disc with a DIFFERENT software version number, the new software is loaded.
