can I go directly from V23 to V28?
Will this be a valid upgrade or do I need to go thru each version upgrade from 23 to 28?

My software (under the setup menu) says 4-1/30

Will going from V23 to V28 get me all the updates that were in between including eliminating the accept screen?

OK. I think I found my answer... I believe it is yes and I will get all the updates from the previous versions including perspective view and the accept screen that goes away on its own. Right?

In my oppinion yes. I have a European MKIV system and I went straight from ver 23 to ver 28. No problems at all. I used the sowftware (WinRar and ImgBurn) recommended elsewhere on this site.

Did it. Went without a hitch. Now I am on 4 1/80 so I am happy and perspective mode is up and running. Now all i need is to find a 2007.1 DVD Navteq setup and I am good.

Curtis,

Use the BitTorrent sharing software (www.bittorrent.com) and go to:

Very effective (although download time might be 20-40 hours depending on your connection etc.)
