Hi,
I own USA 2001 X5 3.0i without NAV.
What I need to upgrade to NAV LCD?
In my Country Navigation is not available, So I dont need NAV to work.
I like NAV LCD in car

Read this post. It shows you everything you need to do a full navigation retrofit. Since navigation is not available in your country, you could install a nav computer still, or just install the Television module instead of a navigation computer. Either nav or TV will drive the screen, and the TV module would simplify the retrofit a little bit and give you a very good new feature.
