Problem with changing date and time format

Something I just notice and I'm not exactly sure when this happened, but if I attempt to change the date format or time format I get some odd results.

If I change the Time format from say 24hr to 12hr, the date format automatically changes as well from dd/mm to mm/dd

Changing the time format again results in the same thing. Similarly when changing the date format, it changes the time format automatically. Its like I can only have dd/mm with 24hr, and mm/dd with 12hr. I always thought you could have any combination of the date and time format you wanted.

I'm running v29.1 on a USA configured Mk4.
