Lost GPS satellite signal on Mk4 DVD
Hi,

Driving along today and all of a sudden lost GPS satellite signal. No dots showing in little icon map of world. Removed SatNav fuses for hour or so to reset but still no signal.

Looking in diagnostics menu no satellites being received and status "Searching for satellites".

What other things can I try?

Where is the GPS antenna located on E39 5 Series saloon?

Any help much appreciated. Lost without my SatNav - literally!!!
