Where Can I Buy The Os Software???

I am not that much of a software tech guy ....but I currently have 1-3/31 on my BMW 2001 4.4i X5 and I would like to have a version 1-3/60 or higher somthing close to that. Can somone just sell me the CD? I would us paypal.

I would only want it, if it has already been installed and known to work. I just want to pass on all the downloading, burning and then mabey it works and maybe not
