Do I have to go to dealer??

Is there anybody who knows about my NAV problem??




Is it the problem of GPS antenna or Nav computer???

You either have the car parked in a garage, you have covered your GPS antenna with something metallic, or the GPS antenna is faulty, or (unlikely) the nav unit is faulty.

Ensure your GPS antenna is not covered, you have no metallic window tin, nothing like umbrella etc on the antenna.

Then if still faulty, try another GPS antenna

Could be the GPS antenna had been unpluged? or not plugged in correctly

There was plane outside and I checked GPS antenna connection.
It plugged in correctly.

when i have pulled my battery for more than 5 or so minutes i get the same, leaving the car outside with the key in ignition position 1 for an hour seems to fix it.
