How to change 4x3 view to 16:9 ?
I installed in my car de videomodul to watch tv, but i don't see it in correct dimension (16:9) i see it in 4x3. My TFT 7" and it's from original dvd navigation system from bmw x3. Can i resolve this problem? Upgrading to my dealer....? Thanks |

What is the part number of the video module you installed? Some of the earlier video modules only support a 4:3 display. The later video modules have a selection to set whether you have a 4:3 or 16:9 display.

The number of the part is 6 901 456 i buyed in ebay. I find a german guy that me makes tv function in movement and update for 16:9 view, for
149 €, it's possible to modificate the videomodul to this updates? Thanks |

That is a very early, MKII era video module. It does not support the 16:9 view. I do not know of anyone who has found a way to modify an older video module to support 16:9. It is worth asking the German guy, but I would not be optimistic that he will have a fix.

Please, Do you know what is the eeprom can be reprogramed? And where we can find the soft?, but we have a programer for eproms.

I thing the best way, it's to find some dealer to reprogram the videomodul, (if it's possible). |
