POI tool for dummy's ?
Or make it a module in NavTweak. On my TomTom it is so easy to add POI's (drag&drop) , I supose with some programming ist can be done to make a tool. I see a User Interface, I see the files we know of the TomTom (POI's) and the icons we know of the TomTom (or other POI formats and icons). Select file and icon, give it a name, and the tool wil create the entries for the ISO files. Or automaticly updates the files in the ISO. Burn baby burn and done. What do you think? (now I almost must be a computerprogrammer to add POI's to my DVD)

I suspect it won't work though for those of us with the 'carindb' file structure on our map disc? (eg Australia)..... I'm sorely missing my TomTom's ease of accessing POI on the crappy BMW hardware.

Mmm, looks like it......
Is there a beta version we can try? I'm going to St. Tropez and I am a Carefour freak, so I like all the carefour Poi's on my NAV DVD ;-) (And of course all europe radarpoints) Last edited by TheM@x; 08-12-2007 at 09:50 AM. |
