can I use BMW Navi02/navi03 GPS DVD OnBoard Navigation computer on my 2001 X5, I currently have the MK3
part number is BMW Part # 6590 6 983 133

No, the NAVIxx computers are only compatible with the E65 and E66 7 Series.
