2007.2 HIGH and UK Speed Camera POI

For those wanting to add speed cameras to 2007-2 HIGH there are a couple of differences from the 2007-1 DVD:

0079.idx and 0080.url are now used for airports so you need to use the next available POI file names, I used 0081.idx and 0082.url for cameras.

This means that the SF_CAMERAS.htm file has to be modified:
NAME="INDEXTABLE" VALUE="/ENG/TABLES/0/0081.idx" and
NAME="URLTABLE" VALUE="/ENG/TABLES/0/0082.url"

The ENG.LSC file is very similar to 2007-1 but has additional default branding for BMW, MINI or RR. I use the group 104 for cameras:

TPD-GRP 70 104 40002 40001 750 7522 5540 7897

The search engine entry for 104 will need to reference 0082 here too.
