HELP, QUICK! Voice Input Module Question

HELP Guys ! Need info quick! ~ Does anyone know if the SES Voice Module Part# 84 41 4 108 519 WILL work for an '05 E53 with Nav? - I HAVE read the install article here, and it shows 84 41 6 913 352, but is it possible that the module I listed above, from an '04 M3 will work as well? * I need to let the guy know ASAP ! THANKS !! PS: 'Sorry guys - I'm gonna post this in "E53" Forum as well...

Where did you get that p/n? It's neither in realoem or the ETK. ? If you have a 2005 X5 made after 4/2005 then the voice input function is part of the TCU already so you don't need the module. If it's prior to 4/2005 then you need it and the only one available is the 352 part.

Thanks for the response...actually got the answer... my '05 was made 12/04...does need the module, and found this part of a thread on "another" BMW forum, as well as another thread from someone using this p/n...

Mine (came with a CPT8000 kit) was the 84 41 4 108 519. The manual (for all, and the same as the Bluetooth ULF voice command manual) is 84 11 0 027 942. The module is common across all I-bus/K-bus cars (E38 / E39 / E46 / X3 / X5 / Z4).
If you have a blue 26-pin connector back there, it will work for you."

Thanks, mgruber...I checked with a well known local Stealer parts dept - the 049 DID replace the 519, which DID replace the 352, according to him... there's also another thread here on X5world, (don't have the link in front of me), with someone doing the install with the 519 module... I'll leave a post here, inna week or so, let ya know how it all comes out, or if I'm bein' taken for a ride...
