I have spoke to M3OZ and I am going to take him through it later how to fix this. The problem lies with the BM54 quadlock connector. It has different audio inputs for the tv and nav voice. So he needs to remove the two audio pins from the tv slot and put them into the nav slot. Of course to get the tv back up and running he will need a tv retrofit loom.
