Terrymcg is correct

The problem is in the radio quad plug

I have a spare retrofit loom here for an X5 for nav upgrade with TV already fitted

It has the 2 nav connectors (blue and purple) and a radio quadlink connector with the inputs

Need to be looking at the radio connection
