Need help to burn Navigation DVD from iso image

Hello Every one ,
I need help to burn 2008-1 navigation map for my X5, 2005 - Mk4 system .
I have created the 2008-1 Navigation ISO file , size of iso image file is 4.3 GB and I want to create a copy using Nero.
Is there a sequence which I should follow to make this work ,
I originally tried to burn this iso image using Toshiba image factory but the DVD's did not work on my navigation computer and when I compared the file structure with by previous 2007-1 DVD , it appeared to be different then this one .
Any help is appreciated , thanks in advance.
