I would say like this:
You can dowload unregistered version of NavCoder free of charge from here http://www.xoutpost.com/477895-post1.html . Unregistered version works but some functions are disabled. To register NavCoder (to enable this functions) you should pay 20Euro (detailed procedure is in Help file of the program) Regarding hardware - ccfj1 gave alredy the answer Good luck! |
