Anyone know when BMW will have MKV?

I searched around a little but can't find anything about BMW's plans for the next-gen nav drive. Does anyone have info on this? Is there a MKV on the horizon?
Thx

They already do... in the iDrive vehicles - a completely different and upgraded system. They will not be upgrading the hardware in the older cars but we may well see a few more software upgrades.

And MKV is not compatible for X5 and other older BMW models due to different screen size.

Thanks guys.... I was thinking about ways to retrofit an '06+ nav drive into an older X5 but there are probably too many hurdles involved to make this a doable project for the diy'er.
