Hope I am being clear on this.
Just a thought; you do have winrar, do you? Or are you using some unzip program? Once you install Winrar (it is free), it will 'un-rar' all your 70 files into one .iso file. Just point it to the first .rar file and it should do the rest. Apologies, if you have already tried it.

PS. May I ask where you got the files from?

Hi all,

I have tried two DVD's and it will still not work on my MarkIV.
I have updated the software to 4-1-00.

I have downloaded the 4.3gb 2009.1 pro version, opened it in imgburn and burned it both to a Sony dvd-rw and a dvd-r with no look.

The screen on the sat-nav says incorrect cd/dvd.
Can anyone help me please.

You should have downloaded the 'High' not 'Pro' version for the MarkIV
