Make CD from DVD

Let's say I am making a navigation CD from my existing navigation DVD because I want to test a CD based navigation unit.

I have successfully backed up my navigation DVD and confirmed that this backup works in a Mk4 navigation unit.

The CD unit I am wanting to test is a VDO Dayton.
I know that backup CDs have worked in this unit previously, but I don't have any of those earlier tested CDs to use this time.

Can someone please step-by-step me through the process of getting the DVD files onto the CD in readable format?

I have used DVD decrypter, Clone CD Clone DVD, Image Burn and UltraISO previously.

Thanks

BR
