Check the mechanics of the drive:
make sure the rubber rollers still grip, clean with isopropyl alcohol. make sure nothing has slipped out of place. Or just replace the drive if you don't want to try and work on the fiddly bits. |

Welcome to the forum Stu,
Sounds like Jochen confirms that it's likely to be the loading mechanism. Pop the unit out and have a look inside and see if there is anything obvious not right.
