DSP Coding Question (Dealership cant get it to Work)

I have another question for the experts out here. I have a BM53 Part # 6512 6 927 910 a MK4 Computer and a UTLOEWE Amp Part # 65.12-6 902 881. The amp came out of a 2000 E39 Non nav. I was getting the sound for 20 second then no sound problem so off to have it recoded. After Explaining to them that it needed to be recoded to work in a car with nav they kept it for 2 hours. Then they came out and said that the DSP wasnt working because its a NON DSP Amp which i dont beleive is correct. So they finally pull the car around and say its done, but they never turn the car off. I check it DSP works, Radio works , Nav Works so I go home happy. Now the next time I restart the Car no sound, display is good stations are there Dsp is there but Doesnt work. I can go in to the DSP but not make any changes. After about the 3rd time restarting the car the DSP Function disappers from the display and still no sound. My question is what do I need to tell these guys at the dealership to do as far as the Coding path, i obviously dont think they know what to do and im sure I may get the its bad equipment anwser because they dont know how to do it. Any suggestions that you guys can give me to pass on to them would be greatly appreciated.
