Unlocking tv in motion and adding dvd player
on the advice of this forum i have ordered the i-bus interface from germany and will use navcoder when it arrives BUT would like to use the video in on the nav unit to input a dvd player but seem to find it difficult to understand why the cables or loom is so expensive Can you putchased the plugs and make the leads yourself ? |

How do you know if you've got a factory tv tuner onboard?? I have a 2006 X3 with the factory nav system. Thanks

If you have the "Television" option on your main navigation menu, then you have a TV tuner onboard.

Buy a TV/Video module and cables/antenna's and plug it in. The system will recognise the module and add it into the menu. Leave out the antenna's if you only want to use it for DVD and/or backup camera.
