VM Retrofit Harness Part Number
Looking to retrofit OEM Video Module and retrofit rear view Camera. RealOEM.com BMW E53 X5 4.4i NAVIGATION SYSTEM/VIDEO MODULE

shows part number 61126919758 and 61126937578. It looks like i need the first one, can anyone who has done the retrofit, see if its the correct part?

Bimmernav wants $125 for the harness which is rediculus. Its $32.10 at the dealer.

Which video module are you getting for the integration and are you going to use the OE BMW rear view camera?

I'm going to find a hybrid digital analog Bmw video module and the camera I will probably get the one that replaces the trunk grip strip.

If you really are located in america as your profile says, then don't get the hybrid video module, as the hybrid module only supports Euro DVB-T digital TV standard.

USA uses ATSC which is totally different to DVB-T.

The hybrid tuner does not support ATSC.

Consider getting just the analogue tuner to support DVD and rear camera inputs.

those cables for MK3 navi computer. What year is your X5 ? Mine is 2004 and I have MK4 and bought the cable from Bimmernav...

A Mk4 can use a Mk3 loom, there is no difference in the loom

(Although a Mk3 may not always use a Mk4 loom if the car is approx 2003 or newer, as BMW saved money by leaving out one wire...)

Did you get this to work? I am trying the same thing, but don't know which harness to get and if I need any antenna cable. I just ordered the TV module from Germany. I have a 2005 3.0i. Can you tell me what else I would need to get this to work. Thanks in advance for you help.
