Pimp My Nav.. what am i doing wrong?

OK - so I am officially going to get a DVD-RW. I have the 2009.1 DVD and i want to add custom POI. No matter what I do - with PMN it wont work.. says its burning new DVD and then doesnt work in MK4.

I have a full legit version of 2008.1 DVD that works perfect in the mk4. I also have a burned version that was sent to me, that worked fine and then I got a burned version of the 2009.1 that worked fine. The 2009 i thought was just a used legit copy, but apparently not.

So i've tried to create custom POIs with just the 2008 and just the 2009 and it all fails. Not read by the mk4. I've used Phillips and Maxels -R and +Rs.. NOTHING!!!

I have version 32 installed on mk4 - i know it works with burned DVDs because the 2 that were sent to me work fine. So what did they do right that i'm not doing right? I burned everything at 1X speed too.

It uses ultraISO to make the ISO and then it uses imgBurn to burn the DVD..

I use Pimp-My-Nav to burn onto Datawrite-R discs and it works a treat in my Mk4. All I can suggest is re read all the tips in these forums and the Pimp-My-Nav how to guides. Works everytime.
