Part number 16:9 screen retrofit

Hi guys,

in addition to the article "4:3 to 16:9 Widescreen Retrofit" (http://www.xoutpost.com/showarticle-94.html) someone posted or wrote an article that there's a part from BMW so that you don't have to use zip ties to fix the 16:9 monitor in the dash. (I don't know how to describe the parts but it's some kind of metal part which you can clip on the sides of the dashboard so that you can use screws for fixing the screen). Unfortunately I cannot find the thread or article any more ...

Thanks for that link, but the part is not listed there.
The part I'm looking for has to be placed in the dash here: http://www.xoutpost.com/images/articles/94/169retro3.jpg on the right and the left so that the 16:9 screen can be screwed instead of using the zip ties.

Pepatrick got the proper parts from his dealer for his retrofit. You should PM him or search the threads here for his post about it. I did mine with zip ties and it's in there real solid.
