Download linke for new Maps

I have a BMW X5 2003 (E53) with Navi system MKIII and software version 18 ( The System model no is SW 3-1/40).

Anybody can help me how to download the new maps and how to burn the map CD.
Also is it required/possible to upgrade the software version.

I have the original CD and it is working fine with no issues but it is not reflecting the new road, buildings.. etc.

Hi,

I am also looking for a link/description/torrentsite to where it is possible to download MK3 maps for cd based sat nav systems.

The whole European disc-set contains 8 cd´s, and the latest map editions, should be 06/2012

I know how to burn them on a cd and all that, but I would like a helping hand, where to download them.
