I cant get my system to show 3D

First of all thank you all for such a great site.I'm not great on PCs but have managed to update my Mk4 system.However the new menu only shows config menu and I cannot select perspective as it is not there.I have tried V32 and V31 night all mods and V31 night OEM 1010.I can get the night screen but only 2D.Even when I keep the menu button in for more than 20 seconds I still cannot get a screen showing 'settings'.Everything seems to work on both versions except for being able to get the ordinary menu screen.I would be very grateful for any help.Thank you all again.

Only a Mk4 nav can show 3D.

Do you have a Mk4 nav?

You must enable the 3D setting in the service menu:
Select settings
Prress and hold left hand side of MENU
Wait
In Service Menu, scroll down to 2nd page
Enable 3D
Exit by pressing MENU again

Then turn it on in the display orientation (head up, north up, 3D)

Thank You so much.I've just done as you advised and its working great.I just held the menu button over slightly to the left and the new screen appeared.I wouldn't have worked it out only for you. Once again Thank You very much.
