As already said I did the same. At this point I am sorry to say that POI maker is not working. It is a pity as it was a big effort from kiwj.
It is a non sense using two programs to have the dvd working. But I woould like to understand where the problem is....
To change icon you have to replace the image file under icons folder. Easy and simple...
