HELP black screen navi + stuck dvd

hello and thanks for the help

i have a 2004 e53 , with wide screen and dvd in the trunk
yesterday i made a 2010 -1 high europe dvd and inserted in the dvd module of the navi.
after that i got the message that NOdvd/cd inserted
i tried to eject and it did not work
after that i closed the car and when i came back this morning and started the car i got a black screen on the navi and nothing else happend since.
radio works and i belive so does everything else except the screen and the EJECT of navi dvd ...

please help ... i need my screen and i need to get the dvd out ...

any ideas?

... today the screen works fine but the navi still doesn't eject ... and i tried holding the button pressed for ~3 min with engine on/off , with no power to the navi ...

i don't want to dismantle the damn thing ... PLEASE ANY OTHER IDEAS
