How to burn the navi update cd.

So i download the v32 file, and i unpacked it all, i have 2 files, a .Bin and a .Cue file.
I think i have to use Imgburn, and burn the cd as an image..

run imgburn and then select write cd from image (or something like that), then select the .bin or .cue file and imgburn will work it out and load the image, put your cd in and then select the speed as the slowest available, and hit burn.
