does anyone have the answer?

Firstly hello..
I have just updatd to version 32 on my e46, infact twice now as the first copy I pruchased via Ebay was rubbish. Anyways for some reason the traffic updates are not working TMC is on and when i go into travel and traffic there are messages in there under (message list) BUT nothing under traffic info and the satnav no longer informs me of traffic problems on route?

does anyone have the answer
